We adjusted the layout of several elements in the Hero section due to readability issues.
We restructured the experience to reflect their new identity and make navigation more intuitive.

DATA MIGRATION
Every Sandals page tells a story. We meticulously migrated all content (images, room details, service descriptions) to Strapi, ensuring the online experience remained authentically Sandals.

FRONT END OPTIMIZATION
We rebuilt the entire front-end with NextJS, introducing responsive layouts and interactive elements. The result: smoother navigation, vivid visuals, and a consistent experience across devices.
MAY
We developed the new portal in parallel, and only swapped URLs with the live production site at launch. This became key to ensure a smooth transition, without interrupting the reservation process.
STAFF TRAINING
A powerful platform is only as strong as its users. We trained Sandals’ marketing team to master Strapi, enabling faster, more confident content updates.


For us, completing this project wasn’t an end, it marked the beginning of an ongoing partnership and continued support.
