We replaced the old static nav bar with a hamburger menu.

This allowed us to display a new search bar and the Travel Advisor’s user info, allowing greater visibility and immediate access.

Now, the hamburger menu allows access to navigation options, while simultaneously freeing up space in the nav bar.

We introduced a personalized dashboard showing the advisor’s key metrics at a glance.
This allows faster access to information, which translates into quicker decision-making.

It’s simpler for clients to review, and a huge time-saver for advisors.

We rebuilt the portal’s codebase from scratch, because the existing system was hard to maintain and not designed to scale.

Our team dedicated nearly an extra two months to making sure the project went live in the absolute best way possible.

We developed the new portal in parallel, and only swapped URLs with the live production site at launch. This became key to ensure a smooth transition, without interrupting the reservation process.
