The Service collects minimal information. The only personal data we collect is information you voluntarily provide when using the contact feature to request a demo or quote:

- Your message content

We do not collect any other personal data. The hotel search, room browsing, property comparison, and local guide features use demonstration data only and do not require or store any personal information.

The contact information you provide is used solely to respond to your demo or quote request. We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose unless you explicitly consent.

3. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on the following third-party services:

- OpenAI (ChatGPT) — The Service operates as a custom GPT on OpenAI's platform. Your interactions with the Service are subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
- Resend — We use Resend to deliver contact form emails. Your name and email are transmitted to Resend for email delivery only.

4. Cookies and Tracking

The Service does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies of any kind.

5. Data Retention

Contact form submissions (name, email, and message) are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry. We do not maintain a database of user information.
