These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of zerf.tech and its pages (the “Website”), operated by ZERF LLC (“Zerf,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Client services

These Terms cover use of the Website only. They do not govern the software development or other services we provide to clients. Those services are governed exclusively by the Master Services Agreement and the Statements of Work signed between Zerf and each client. If these Terms conflict with a signed Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work, the signed agreement prevails.

2. Using the Website

You may use the Website for lawful purposes, to learn about Zerf and to contact us. You agree not to:

• use the Website in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone’s rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers or any connected system or data;
• interfere with or disrupt the Website, including by overloading it or introducing malware;
• submit false, misleading or automated form entries, or use the Website’s forms to send spam; or
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.

If you find a security vulnerability, please report it as described on our Security page rather than exploiting it.

3. Intellectual property

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, reports, videos and downloadable resources, are owned by Zerf or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Website and download resources we make available for your own internal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, republish or distribute the content without our prior written permission, except as the law allows. Client names and logos shown on the Website belong to their respective owners.

When you submit a form, book a call or otherwise contact us through the Website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Content on the Website, including articles, benchmarks, analyses and reports, is provided for general information only. It is not professional advice and may not reflect the most recent developments. You should not rely on it without seeking advice suited to your situation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed, and the revision history below summarizes each change. Your continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
