5 · Pam's folder (Claude Code)

The project folder is demo-harness. This is what each file means for Pam:

.claude/skills/normalize-pms/	A how-to	Turns the OPERA export into our format and removes guest columns
scripts/	Her calculator	normalize, calculate and validate: every number comes from here
.claude/settings.json	Her confidentiality rules (guardrails)	Can read data and write outputs. No delete, no web, no email
hooks/block_guest_data.py	A last check	Blocks any write with a guest email or phone number
routines/	Her schedule	The prompt of each routine
tools/export_run_to_obsidian.py	Not for Pam	Puts each run in this vault with clear titles
