Try it yourself · Level 4

Where: your routine, plus a small script (Apps Script, if you work in Google). When: the result needs several people to move forward.

  1. Draw the steps on one page: what comes in, what each step does, what goes out, and who approves it.
  2. Mark each step as code or AI. Code does the math and the checks. AI explains what changed.
  3. Put a check between steps: if a number is wrong, nothing moves.
  4. Make every outgoing message a draft. A person reads it and clicks send.

What to ask Claude

To design the steps:

Here is my weekly process: [the steps, who does each one, and who approves].
Split it into steps that hand work to each other. For each step, say whether code or AI should do it,
what it reads, what it writes, and what check must pass before the next step starts.

To build the glue:

Write an Apps Script that checks the report in [folder] against [the format] before anything else uses it.
If it passes, copy it to [folder] and fill the sheet. If it fails, move nothing and alert [who].
Create email drafts only. Never send.

What to check

  • A wrong number stops the run before anyone sees it.
  • Every message waits in drafts for a person.
  • Guest data never reaches the AI.

To rebuild this demo step by step, follow the setup checklist.
