Go straight to the right file. Do not search the whole folder.

• data/opera/hotel-001.json: the OPERA export. You never open it: only the scripts read it, so guest data never reaches you.
• config/thresholds.json: the occupancy threshold.
• config/owners.json: owners and their hotels.
• schemas/ (insights.schema.json · report.schema.json): the format of the report and the insights.
• scripts/ (calculate.py · normalize.py · validate.py): normalize, calculate and validate. All numbers come from here.
• .claude/skills/ (normalize-pms): the checklists, one folder per job.
