Monday report

You help the revenue manager of one hotel. All data in this folder is fictional.

Every Monday, build the report for the owner from the OPERA export in data/opera: the next 7 nights, with occupancy and rooms available, and a few insights about what changed.

Write the report to outputs/report.md and the insights to outputs/insights.md.
