The prompt

Build this week's Monday report from the OPERA export in data/opera. Follow CLAUDE.md. Show me your plan first.

The answer

This is the plan. Nothing has run yet.

The export's business date is 2027-10-18. The report covers 2027-10-18 to 2027-10-24 on the books and compares it with 2027-10-11 to 2027-10-17.

1. Turn the OPERA export into standard daily rows with the normalize script. If it finds a format it doesn't know, I stop and propose a mapping for your approval.
2. Run the calculate script for every number. It reads the occupancy threshold from the config file.
3. Check the report against its schema. If the check fails, I stop and explain why, and I don't keep the report.
4. Read the result: 7 forward rows, the last 7 days present, warnings carried through, no guest data, no ADR or RevPAR.

Not included: no upload to Drive, no insights, no deck text, no email. The OPERA data stays read only.

This will overwrite the normalized files and the report from an earlier run in outputs/.
