1 · The Monday report sheet

Make your own copy of the sheet. One tab: Report. The Apps Script fills it every Monday after it checks the numbers. Nobody types here.

Column	What it means
property_id	The hotel (HOTEL-001, fictional)
week_start	The Monday of the report
date	One row per night, next 7 nights
occupancy_on_books	Rooms sold on the books / rooms in inventory (0 to 1)
rooms_available	Rooms still free that night
below_threshold	TRUE when the night is below 63%
group_rooms_allocated	Rooms held for groups
group_rooms_picked_up	Group rooms already booked
rooms_with_open_maintenance	Rooms with an open maintenance record
source_file	The file each number came from
source_row	The row in that file

If a night is below 63%, the script starts the rates review routine.
